Sorry I have been incommunicado the last week or so. I got so discouraged with myself for giving into temptation so many nights. I need to purge the kitchen of all this junk food that I love so much. I keep telling myself it's okay to eat it as long as I limit my portions to something reasonable and also budget in in my calorie goals for the day. Once I start, all bets are off though. More often than not, I will eat (and overeat) the things that are in the cupboards. I also mistakenly think that being tired gives me license to "eat something" to give myself more energy. A short nap would serve the purposes better and I usually wake refreshed and not hungry. Tools to put into use sooner rather than later!
For those that know I recently got a new dog, she is adjusting quite well to her new environment. She is a 2 1/2 year old retired racing greyhound. She's an excellent companion to my other dog (a 6 year old Vizsla) and gives me a reason to walk in the evenings. Emily is a wonderful addition to our home!
Great job to all of you! So many of you have kept your LNS to single digits. I hope to do the same in next month's challenge.
Have a great weekend! I'm bracing myself for the 100+ degrees we're supposed to have this weekend (I live in Arizona so I am grateful for all the great mild weather we've had in the month of May). Say Strong and say "NO!" to Late Night Snacking.

I SO NEED this challenge since the last 3 or 4 days, late night snacking has taken over, . I need to stay focus @ night! The problem I get bored so I eat, ugh! I NEED to either get back into crocheting to keep busy!!!!!! Tonight, I WILL STOP this habit!0
