I DID eat something in the evening, but it was healthy (an apple with almond butter) and it was in response to genuine hunger (which I have decided does NOT fall under the LNS category )
I did NOT snack mindlessly on chips and coke (that was my husband ). I was tempted to sneak a few...but then I remembered this thread...Thank you!0 -

LNS: 4* I wanted tonight to be a victory for myself but that darn bag of Cheetoh's seemed to be screaming my name! To my credit, I did only have 1/2 an ounce of those things but then followed it up with some Cheez-Its (1 ounce). At least I'm not wanting to eat the whole bag or box like I might have done in the past. Weighing every morsel that goes in my mouth definitely helps me maintain some semblance of control.
Congrats to all of you with strong starts. You continue to be an inspiration for what I know is possible if one sets their mind to it.
