I already have challenge number 3 done!! I went to the gym with my friend on Sunday, and she showed me her full-body workout. My full body is now hurting, even 2 days later!! I've been in a hugeee plateau over the last month. I knew it would happen eventually, but I didn't know it would catch up to me so soon!!

A little late replying, but love the challange this week!! My all-time favorite workout is Zumba!! I love it so much, especially at home! The classes while I'm away at school are also fun, but definitely not as good as the instructor at home!!

i just CANNOT plank like that.... I've never even attempted a plank in my life!! so I think I'm gonna sub in some moves from level one to compensate for not doing the planks.
