I am one as well. It's just something I have to live with the rest of my life. I chose not to be on medication b/c I know with diet and exercise, I can try and tame it the best I could.

Hi I'm Tina! I became a member in Sept of this year but am more of a member last month. I love walking workouts since that's the only affordable workout I can do. I want 2012 to be MY year of weight lose. I've had put off loosing weight for too long and next year will be NO EXCEPTION!!!

I eat 5-6 small meals every 2-3 hours when I can and I do walking workouts with Leslie Sansone or I just go walking. Also I try to get my daily water intake (it sucks when you have to pee every few minutes).

Yeah I am taking a break from dieting this week but next week I am back on. I started a month ago on my diet (after thanksgiving) and the temptation was really getting to me. I just can't say no to my favorite junk foods. But 1 thing I do is working out at night and I drink tons of water.

I've had the same problem when I started eating healthy. Right now I am taking fiber therapy tablets (walmart brand). It's 6 a day and it's 10 cal. On the package you're suppose to take 6 at one time but I divide them. I take 3 in the morning with breakfast and 3 in the evening with dinner. I use to do 2 in the morning, 2…

I felt like I gained a million pounds (exaggerating myself a tad) but shockingly I really didn't eat as much on xmas eve and day. I was mostly snacking a lot of potato chips, cheese puffs, chocolate candy, and cookies.

I have dish network so I don't get on demand :( but whenever I am staying by my mom, she has cable with on demand and whenever walk at home is currently available I exercise to it.
