I love trader joes. I go their whenever I get the chance to go. My mom goes their more often to buy fiber bread and other stuff as well. The last thing I bought their was cinnamon pita chips and pumpkin cream cheese spread. It was their day special and I tried it and bought it.

I'm fluctuating between 229-230 because of a plateau I'm currently facing for a week now and cannot seem to get out of. My goal is to be 150 this year. I'm 5'6" and started my weight loss journey in November of 2011 at 251. Any advice to getting out of a plateau will be helpful. :)

Than you would have to drink 77oz of water. (154÷2=77) the more weight you lose the less water you take in and vise versa.

They say to drink half your weight. For example if you weight 200 you would have to drink 100 oz of water.

I have a total of 3 workout DVDs (Leslie Sansone's walk slim 4 fast miles, Leslie Sansone's 5 really big miles, and The Girls Next Door workout).

My ideal body I can really imagine achieving is ex-girls next door girlfriend bridget marquardt. She has real curves and a little pudgy stomach that is not rock hard.

I'm 5'6" as well. I really wanted to get down to 135 but to me its unbelievable. My believable goal weight I want to achieve is 150. On the BMI chart for a 5'6" person is 114-154.

Once in a while I do but I do exercise. On my weekends. (My rest days) I don't exercise but I try to watch what I consume.

When I first started walking I would just walk 1 mile and then gradually increased to 4 miles. Whether its general walking outside, around the mall or popping in a DVD. I still feel winded at times but I never gave up. I just keep going. The walking (I believe) has helped my bipolar and depression subsided.

You can find them at best buy, Walmart, target, Costco. I got a couple DVDs from best buy and I mostly do walk slim: 4 fast miles. I also have the 5 really big miles with the stretch band. Will tackle the DVD again.

I had foot surgery before (2004). I had a bone spur on top of my left foot, got 7 stitches (3 dissolved and 4 regular on top) and had to wear a boot for a month. @LaLa me too! I want to get down to a size 10. I'm tired of being a plus size gal. I keep imaging those size 10 jeans and will one day this year fit into them. I'm between a 16-20 (depending on where I shop and what brand).

Yeah I live out in the country where I'm surrounded by farm land and gas stations. Just move out here over the summer. I originally lived in a suburb of Chicago where I'm close to everything (shopping centers, public transportation, parks, etc....). Its a huge adjustment and you basically need a car to drive everywhere…

I used to have an "AB roller" for AB workouts. It did work but got so tired of it. I end up selling it at my grandparents garage sale. Don't remember how much I sold it for - probably $5.

I live about 6 blocks from a park and a mile away from a gym. I don't go to the gym (don't have the money to join) but I do walk around my neighborhood on nice days. When its not nice out I workout to Leslie Sansone.

I started at 251 and now I am one pound away from losing 20lbs. I started doing the 1200 calorie intake and would lose a pound a day and I was so happy but some time later I would not lose weight and/or start to gain weight.
