I'm 5'6" and my target weight is 150.

I started ot at 1200 but I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere so last week I amped up to 1640. That week I lost 5lbs. I hope to do it again or more.

That is awesome to hear! I want to lose 101lbs by this summer. I got 84 more pounds to go. What did you do to lose half your weight?

Mon thru Fri I do walk slim 4 fast miles. I stay in low intense until I get more comfortable to begin high intense. I also have her 5 really big miles with the stretch band but its too difficult to master right now.

My husband was making spaghetti squash pasta this evening and for lunch he sprinkled some on homemade Turkey spinach filled egg wraps and Alfredo sauce.

Walking is a great low impact exercise. You can walk fast and walk slow. The best walking coach to workout to is Leslie Sansone. I work out to her every night or when the weather is bad. Just walking and changing my food habit I already lost 17lbs in 2 months.

I walk to her mon-fri. She is my life saver. I have a couple of her DVDs. I have 4 fast miles and 5 really big miles with the stretch band. I'm currently doing the 4 fast miles. I've done a few on OnDemand. I just love her. I love her spirit and her attitude.

I weighed myself this morning and I lost 5lbs. I now weigh 234. I first started my diet in November and I was at my heaviest at 251. I'm 5'6" at around 239. My highest I ever weight was 251 and that was a couple months ago. I am determined to get down to 150. In high school I was around 192 and drop down to 178. Since I'm doing a lot of walking, my hips and thighs seem to go first than any other part of my body.

I've been at 237 since mid December but today I gained 2lbs. Today I'm at 239. Even though I was "vacationing" from my diet on Christmas Eve thru New Years Day, I gained a couple pounds but I didn't vacation away from exercising.

To continue walking with Leslie Sansone and start jogging/running when spring rolls along. That's a goal I would like to accomplish since I hate jogging/running (never like it when I was in school).
