I was online looking for Leslie Sansone's Cardio Slimdown Cd/DVD and it was listed at this site. But curiosity about community delayed my search a bit and I joined! Loving the simple format and tools available for use. BTW, just this morning Leslie's exercise program was removed from our cable schedule. So now I am forced to purchase a DVD player and personal copies of her workouts. If anyone knows where her DVDs can be purchased I'd appreciate knowing.

    You can find them at best buy, Walmart, target, Costco. I got a couple DVDs from best buy and I mostly do walk slim: 4 fast miles. I also have the 5 really big miles with the stretch band. Will tackle the DVD again.
