I've lost 28 pounds and I feel so much better. Migraines have decreased and I fit in my clothes again. I still have another 32 pounds to lose before I can get to my goal, but I feel like I can do it this time!

I've never weighed myself every day--I just try to do it about every 2 weeks or so. It's always nice to see that scale go down a lot, plus gives me a LOT of motivation to keep going!

My hubby recently bought me an acoustic guitar because I told him I used to play when I was in HS (almost a hundred years ago!). I still remember a lot of the chords, but I'm mostly just tinkering with it.
