  • Thanks for your responses!! Its just a smoothie bar I go to! They make it from scratch with fresh fruit and plain low fat yoghurt and fat free milk! Not thought about protein ones? I was worried they would make me gain ''weight'' (muscle weight) Im very uneducated about this kind of stuff! lol xxx Thanks!
