If you are counting accurately then there is no reason to drop down. You're well in calorie deficit and the weight will come off - it has no other option. Sometimes it just takes time. Is there a reason you have to do it fast - like a heart operation?

It was me that pointed that out. They do have a memory that can interfere with new readings that are close in range to the old ones. I'm not sure why the manufacturers do that but it may have something to do with them wanting the numbers to settle quickly and not bounce around.

I would go with the machine estimate and input that. If you want something far more accurate use a fitness tracker that has a heart rate function. Like a Fitbit or apple watch.

It's always a problem when you are still hungry but you are near the end of your calories. I usually have popcorn in the evening as it tends to be filling but quite low calorie. I buy bags of 'Proper' popcorn as it says how many calories per bag.
