Love it, the only challenge I am finding is the heat makes it harder to do outdoor exercise. That being sad would much rather than sun than snow!

Sorry for me it is two main things, it is portion sizing and using food as a comforter rather than dealing with issues. A combination of those two, led to me not exercising etc. I always said I was big because I love my food, in reality it was not a particular food but how food made me feel :-(

I gave up soda and now buy sparkling water and drink normal water too. I also bought sugar free diluting juice which if I fancy something with a bit of flavour, I just pop some of that in. Even when I go to pubs, I know ask for Sparkling water if I am driving/not drinking.

I also found planning my meals helped as well, it meant a) I did not buy impluse buys b) meant I could buy and cook in bulk and freeze meals for the following weeks.
