  • I've got it, absolutely hate it! I had a laporoscopy back in 2005 but after my 2nd daughter, it hurts sooooo much! Working out during that time can be a real ***** but if I get up and just do it, I usually feel better. Glad to connect with others out there with it
  • Its a crazy *kitten* workout but I love it!! I had to stop after 10 days for surgery but plan on getting back on it asap. My BIL lost about 30 lbs in 2 months. Shaun T is definitely a motivator. Good luck! I'm sure you'll be yelling at the tv just like I did every time!
  • Wow! Realizing I just make excuses on why I eat so much sugar some days. If nothing else about this post, it's eye opening for me! I really need to focus on my goals and lay off sugar. And that's it!!!

  • I'm 4 months pp with my 2nd daughter. I had a c section and got back into the swing of things around 6 weeks. I have 3 more lbs to go to pre preggo weight but I still have another 20 to go after that. I'm currently training for a triathlon in Oct so hopefully the weight and inches will fall off.   • I'm a SAHM to an almost 3 year old and almost 4 month old, both girls. I love working out and currently training for a triathlon and marathon. I can't seem to lose this weight but taking it day by day. Would love some more mom friends on here!
  • I went to 2 specialty shoe store and tried on dozens of shoes. I bought several pairs and took them home and tried them out. I actually wear a pair that is 2 sizes bigger when I run. My feel seem to swell a lot so it's definitely possible!
