Amazing job ladies!

That's a good amount of weight to lose in just 19 days. I'm aiming for a 4-5 lb loss at the most :) But good luck OP.

Awesome job! Keep it up :)

I agree, this was a fantastic article!

I'm starting CE today, right now I have separate weights but I want to get eh adjustable ones though. Good luck!

In my book, it's cheating. If you had a friend that was a girl, got drunk and made out with her - she would have been hurt and you would have cheated in her mind.

Well said.

I agree with both of these posters :)

I absolutely love her Chicken Milanese w/ Arugula and tomato salad! Oh and the cheddar biscuits are great as well :)

I have one and plans for more once I reach some of my weight loss goals. I do not regret getting it at all :)

I run 7 days a week but on Sundays, it's a nice relaxing run. I do the elliptical 5 days a week for 30-60 mins and now that my weights are here, I will be adding strength training in 3x a week. :). I run that much because I honestly love it and it's my time to let everything go.

You have an excuse for everything it seems. I'm not trying to be harsh but you aren't listening nor do you sound like you truly care. What I think you really wanted was someone to agree with your choices and tell you it's ok, well it's not ok. You need to probably work on yourself inside and outside it seems. ^^That right…

I understand this is a life style change and it is hard, I get that. You need to make it a priority if you truly want to lose weight and become healthier. Sure some days you might go over but you need to really think about it and see why you went over. As for your three excuses and lets face it, they are excuses: 1. Learn.…

Well said! You said you are not judging OP but it sure sounds that way. You are basically saying the only ones who have time for t.v must be those who have a messy house, people who have no jobs or responsibilities etc. And just because you are a nurse, you are better at multitasking then anyone else? I'm sure you didn't…

I'm very happy you found help and that it has saved you with the information you have learned. It's a good read. I agree with some things and disagree with others but that's ok. We aren't all of the same mold. PCOS is a ***** and I agree with you. I don't find counting calories unhealthy or anything like that, in fact MFP…

They looked to be of age to know right from wrong. Taking all the candy? Not criminal but rude. Taking the bowl? Stealing and they should know better at their ages. A lot of people do this, so that they can take their kids ToTing but still leaving something for the other kids to get. Sure some may be lazy but not all.

It sounds like you need a new doctor ASAP! Besides, exercising does much more for your body then just losing weight. 750 is way too low :/

Interesting. I have seen skinny women get pregnant and they eat/drink like crap the entire pregnancy but it's ok right? I mean, because they aren't overweight to begin with? Many overweight women who do indeed get pregnant, also take care of their diet, and get plenty of exercise while pregnant. Just an FYI.

from Edward R. Laskowski, M.D. Mild to moderate physical activity is usually OK if you have a garden-variety cold and no fever. Exercise may even help you feel better by opening your nasal passages and temporarily relieving nasal congestion. As a general guide for exercise and illness, consider this: Exercise is usually OK…
