I started week 2 today. It's an amazing work out and I love. I have gained 1-2 lbs but that is normal with Insanity, so don't freak! I look forward to seeing how I'll end up in the end :) Good luck everyone!

I just did level 2 day 1 today. I definitely felt it lol. I've tried 30 ds in the past but never got further than day 7, so I am proud of myself!

SW: 200 W1: 199.5 W2 (April 8): 198.5 Total loss: 1.5 Not great but at least I have stuck with my exercising and eating better this past week. Bumping up the cardio this week!

Height: 5'4" Age/Gender: 29 y/o Female Highest weight- 216 Current Weight- 200 Current body fat - No clue Lowest weight- 130 in my early 20's (before I had a kid in 2006, 2010 and 2012) Goal weigh- 125 lbs or so with a lower body fat %

Hello all! I am aiming to lose at least 1 lb per week. So anything more is a bonus for me as well lol. I'm starting 30 Day Shred today and I'll also do my elliptical this week since it is suppose to be very cold/windy and rainy here. I usually run outside but taking a break from that. Good luck all!
