    Have you had any trouble with your knees at all? I'm on day 10 but in a bit of pain...I really don't want to stop doing this workout!

    I'm doing the 30 day shred. Sometimes I try to do more but all that so far has been 30 day shred plus maybe 5 more minutes of jumping jacks and jump rope or something.

    I have really been watching what I'm eating too!!

    Definietly! I have hyperextended knees to begin with so there always sore from time to time. But after starting the 30 day shred they have been really sore. But I just keep going with it and now on day 16, they don't hurt anymore cause there getting stronger. Keep on pushing if you can, but not to the point where you cause an injury. Try a warm bath with Epsom salts, that always helps me and its actually a detox bath!! Can help remove toxins. Stay in for only 10-20 mins and make sure you sip cold water when in the bath!!

    Do each level for 10 days

    level 1- 10days, level 2-10 days and level 3 for 10 days making it 30 days and try to watch your diet!
