Got the polarwear HRM for Nike+.. i can hear my heart (no music going) but see now where to connect to see rate on the screen?!?! I plugged in the adapter and it didnt link with the HRM. Grabbed the show sensor and it picked at that up.. WTH.. wearlink instructions says its only works with 5g...

I'll create a MFP team challenge and let everyone know what it is.. let's just run til the end of Feb and see how we do. No targets, just run when we can or want to. Can also do another challenge with a target as spring rolls around

Im using 'fuel' through Nike + Active site.. the IPOD nane 6th has a pedometer in it. Does the same thing as the stand alone fuel band from what I can see. Woo hoo..im up and running, HRM ordered... have H20 buds with wproof armband for pool too. Watch band from amazon...awesome... counting steps, cant listen to radio, itunes, FM tx'r for TVs at LAfit... 188 on the weigh(t)..lol!!

Take it one day at a time. Win each day, when you fall, get back up tomorrow. Win the day. Stay focused on whats in front of you each day. This will help with the idea of deserving a break for going 4months strong with progress. It's not easy to do, but if you get back up you can't be stopped.

I live near collegeville and work near Potttstown.. LAfit near both..collegeville does get packed 5pm rush hour.. early morning is ok. Pottstown is awesome..never real busy.. collegeville is falling apart already..treadmills offline/broke, suanas have papers, bottles etc left behind..

Started at 212.5..am at 213. will keep this method going. did lose 1/2 in in waist. Seems im stuck in 214-211 land after starting at 224.5 in Sept. I did start lift past month (where my weight has stuck for now..for now..)

I've had this as well. But also have the reflux symptoms which have dramatically dropped since joining MFP (down 12 lbs since sept 13th). I was 224lbs and I'm 6ft.. highest weight I've ever been, was tired and would get the reflux symptoms every other day.. rarely get it now at all, may only flare up based on what i last…

Im giving it a shot.. think i hit a plateau since joining in Sept this year. Went from 224.5 to 211-210, back up to 214, now at 212.5 today. Adjusted today to this method. Since you have to update your goals along the way I assume to will prevent future plateaus?
