If stress is lowered, weight should go down. I took the GNC fish oil pack, thinks in calls heart healthy these days.. was trying it to lower cholestoral but I think i just make to much. On a statin now... so now here on MFP to drop about 35 lbs and see what that does to my levels.. might go back to oil then.. or hopefully…

I tihnk the scale could be impacted by battery life/power as well as current body make up..water weight, etc..

My tanita scale shows me at 33-34%.. this calculation has me at 26% Current weight 211.5 waist 40.5in

I picked up the bluetooth enable Bodymedia for 175 on ebay. Cant find them most places less than 220. Should be here in a few days.. next to get a smartphone..

Thanks I'll check my Dad out. He's 65, had a quad bypass last year and high cholesterol. I have a high count as well. (270 when I was 25) down to 200 on 20-40mg simvistatin - but im 36... Another reason im on MFP..lets see what happens if i get the weight down..

Where exactly should one look for the ELC? is the lobe folded? does the lobe have a significant crease/depth to it

LAFit is offering a plan of 25 right now with 150 signup. I've been a member from East Norriton since 08, then moved to then started going to the collegeville and pottstown locations (home/work areas). They offered me 20 bucks if I paid for 3 yrs. I took it since I was paying 35.

Thanks for the invite. I'm Mike, from KOP/Audubon area. Tired of sitting in front of PC for work tracking everything except myself. Joined MFP in Sept and am averaging a drop of 1.4lbs per week. Hobbies/Interests Antique radios, jukeboxes, DIY/home projects, Phillies, Eagles, Flyers..maybe Sixers again one day .. Weekend…

I'd like to add some of you. My gf has disc and degen issues too. Once she joins MFP maybe she can discuss. I have her using an inversion table (not full inversion) and working on just walking. If you really like running would an elyptical machine do the trick?

Stick with it. Weigh yourself tomorrow I bet that 1/2lb is gone. Work harder into next weeks weigh in..even if it is only a 1/2lb your still heading in the right direction!
