  • Good for you for getting started! After W1D3, I was SORE. But I stuck with it, and by week 2 wasn't really sore anymore. Oh, I could feel that I was working out, but not SORE like I was the first few days. I am just finishing week 5 Alpha - tomorrow is the last day for me! And even though I still modify some, especially…
  • I have never stuck with a program for long before either. I did my last Total Body of Alpha week 5 today and WOOHOO it feels GOOD to get through Alpha (I still have lower body tomorrow - just couldn't double up today....) But YAY for you and yay for me :)
  • I also have to be to work at 10am, and I have found that if I don't workout in the morning, it just doesn't happen! I'm just too tired after running all day and just want to relax at night. Just can't motivate myself to do it at night. So I get up in the morning, down some caffeine, and do a few things around the house -…
  • Good for you! I'm so glad I started it - I'm on day 3 of week 2 and am loving it! Who doesn't have 25 minutes a day? It's a great program!
  • Starting week 2 of Alpha today. And my soreness is pretty much all gone! Hope to modify less and less as the days go on - finding it's getting easier already after just a week. And the fact that I'm not sore helps me push a little harder, too!
  • I was on my knees for most of them since it was my first time. When I wasn't just laying on the floor... I'm hoping I soon no longer lay on the floor and do the whole thing.. :) HA
  • Good luck getting started with T25. I just started this week - I'm on day 3 , woohoo - and I really like it. It's easy to fit into my morning so my workout is done before I get ready for the day. I do find myself modifying a bit, not because the moves are too hard, but I don't want my heart to explode. HA! It makes you…
  • Oh no.... you have to do it three times the final week of Alpha? I hadn't looked ahead... augh. Just did it today first time! Day 3 for me. And I admit, I found myself laying on the floor sometimes... :) It will get better, I'm sure.
  • I have just started, but I LOVE that it is 25 minutes. It seems to be the perfect time. Just when I think I want to quit, I realize there's only 10 minutes left, and hey - anyone can do 10 minutes, right? I think the programs I've done in the past are just too long to stick with. 25 minutes is very doable, and believe me,…
  • Hi! I just started today too! Day 1 Alpha. good luck to us! :)
  • First time poster here, too. Just started T25. Day 3 was today. And I can't believe I'm sore like this when there are no weights involved! My arms hurt, my legs hurt... but it's a "good" hurt because is means something is happening. But I am looking forward to my body adjusting so I can lift my arms again. (kidding, it's…
