I would have no idea where to start logging with personal trainer, not to mention that would be time consuming. Also I don't like eating calories back. I know a lot of people do... I just don't want them.

I would have put lightly active in the first place. A 2 mile walk 3-5 times a week doesn't sound sedentary to me

lol Not entirely true. I'm 22 and call them samoas, because that is what my mom has always called them... i have never heard of Carmel delights. But they are the BEST of the best :) I bought one pack and froze half, yay for me haha.

So do you think it is ok to consume the things the girl listed above if I'm underweight? I get enough nutrients from vitamin pills which I do not log, and eat a lot of other good things... Just trying to figure this out lol.

Starbucks coffee lists a tall hot black coffee as 5 calories. I would go with this, as that is also what my instant coffee says. Personally I don't log coffee unless something goes in it.

I don't like the taste of bud select and super low calorie beers like that. The reason I cut it with diet soda is for the flavor and having a larger drink to sip on. The same reasons why I like the around 100 cal beers. Bud light platinum is only 130 calories and 6% ((one of my new favorite beers)) but the 130 calories…

Personally I eat salads without dressing ((Just don't like it, it takes away the fresh veggie flavor)).. And I know a lot of people that can be full off of an app. Also Olive Garden does have healthy options, you just prefer their non healthy options.

Boyfriend bought me an arrangement of fun size candy bars! It's so pretty, I don't want to eat any of it. I'm going to have one once a week, probably starting next week since were going to the melting pot today.

When I eat Chinese I log it as panda express. If panda express does not have what I consumed I just search for it in the database. Knowing Panda Express portion sizes and comparing it to my own portion size helps a lot.
