^ thanks for the responses. Was in a lot of pain today even with prescribed meds. Just going to see how I feel tomorrow.. if not next day. It's not about filling my day it's about my body feeling like it need to be more active. Thanks again everyone :)

I wish I liked wine as much as craft beer... Most wines are much lower calorie than the beers I drink

I went from 135 to 98lbs (not healthy) while drinking diet soda with rum or vodka multiple times every night. Now @ 120 lbs I drink multiple craft beers every night and maintain, trying to lose, so trying to drink less. It doesn't help, especially when it leads to junk food but it is doable.

I guess I don't watch sugar... Just calories and fat, maybe thats why its a good snack option for me.

I have tried the same exact flavors + strawberry. Strawberry is by far the worse. My favorite is chocolate mint and the chocolate peanut butter. If these were any higher in calories I would not touch them. But for 150 a pint, I love them. Defiantly not an ice cream substitute. Like someone else said think frozen protein…

This is what I normally do. I use one tortilla with meat/veggies/salsa/and a little guac, no cheese though (I prefer the taste of guac over cheese) and more veggies/meat without tortillas and other toppings.

With my eating/drinking habits I should weigh a lot more. I credit running 6-8 miles a day to keeping the weight I lost off.

Lot's of booze will be consumed, along with many carbs. I will be extremely bloated when we leave Vegas :)

yes.. I'm not saying lose overall pounds. Some days my tummy is super flat, but normally I feel a lil bloated. I'm just saying ways to decrease bloatation

I get the variety 100 calorie packs off amazon too! Some how I end up eating four bags a day until they are gone :/ I wish I had better control over pop chips

Yup... Don't eat Domino's yuck.. Try a local place, or papa john's :) Lot's of veggies (no meats except maybe ham) My fav mix is pineapple, jalapeno, and diced tomato's don't eat the whole pizza by yourself! Maybe 2-3 slices and a salad

Some machienes have beef jerky in a single serving size, which is a great snack! It doesn't sound like the case here though
