So discouraged!

The day always starts off so well, but I find myself binge eating almost everyday for a meal or two! I lost 6 pounds in the first two weeks of Feb, but have now gained everything back! What should I do to stop from binge eating? It always happens when I get home from class around 2. Im not able to work out either at the moment because of a strained quad. Overall, m getting really worried, scared, and discouraged. Any advice? Anyone?

Binge eating is hard to control, but if you have control over the shopping, do not buy the foods that are bad for you. Stock up on Fruits and vegetables, to munch on. Brushing my teeth makes me think twice about snacking because nothing tastes good right after you brush your teeth.
It is possible your calories are set to low and that is why you are hungry, but I have not been doing this long enough to give advise on that0 -

Also, are you fuelling the rest of the day adequately? Are you having breakfast, lunch and snacks before getting home from class or are you getting home ravenous? Planning your food, and packing meals for the day, will make all the difference. Also, please do increase your daily calories - you'll feel so much better.0
