so if you HAD to get a snack from a vending machine and your options where the typical choices found in a vending machine (chips, pop tarts, pop corn, peanut butter crackers, nutragrain bars, gum) what would you get? i ask because these were my choices today (all out of snacks - needed SOMETHING to get me through the rest of the day) so i opted for the lances peanut butter crackers. good choice? yes loaded with fat and yes i ate all 6. no other snack choices available (i forgot them) and i needed the boost.

I always go with the little bag of peanuts or just gum!

peanuts are not an option not because of allergies but because hubby works for a peanut company - can't eat the competition. HA!!!

Some machienes have beef jerky in a single serving size, which is a great snack! It doesn't sound like the case here though

Probably the Nutrigrain because It's relatively low in calories, only 3g of fat and you get a little protein, potassium, fiber, Vitamin A, Calcium, and Iron. There's definitely worse choices that you could make.
