I HATE the sound of people chewing carrots or other super crunchy items at the movies!! Berries are a great movie theater snack to sneak in.. snack size corn cakes (a serving is 60 calories)...

kaung pao shrimp, or chicken! I had shrimp last night. I'm not sure how healthy it is in comparison to other menu items, but veggies, shrimp, and a hot sauce can't be that bad.

My best workouts are accomplished by eating something beforehand, even an apple gives me 100000 times more energy.

YES.. Alcohol has crazy calories. If I didn't count them mfp would be a giant lie for me lol... It's kind of comparable to not counting high calorie soft drinks

I'm in the same boat as you.. I would rather have 4-5 drinks 2 or 3 nights a week than one drink once a week like what others are saying though :) Being in college I have friends who get smashed every night so in my eyes 2-3 times a week is great.

6-7 cups a day is more than a pick me up, that sounds similar to cocaine or crack.. That being said I lovee black coffee (no sugar no cream, they ruin the yummy dark flavor). I drink 2-3 cups a week and have lost/maintained weight loss. It helps me as an appetite suppressant in the afternoon.

Just seeing if anyone had more info than that. Since the company does not post nutritional info where did this info come from. I was wondering if anyone knew if the lemon pepper was buttered... Stuff like that. It doesn't have a buttery taste, but lemon pepper sounds like not a healthy choice but on here it says it is.

I'm 5'6 & 110 I have been maintaining for like 2-3 months now. Recording exercise and eating/drinking ((dark beers :P) has been working for me.. Just staying within calorie goals, sometimes under, sometimes over. Weekly goal is more important to me.

My doctor said I was animic when I was like 14 or 15, 22 now, I'm not sure if I still am. Anyway I take flinstone with iron vitamin candy pills. 83% 10 calories. I usually feel dizzy if I don't eat something before. Some days I can not eat anything and feel fine. I think it has to do with what you eat the night before.

I just like to use it as motivation sometimes... Someone should really consume the exact calories everyday for 5 weeks, with the same amount of exercise and see what happens. It would be an interesting documentary

Lemon chicken arugula, I don't use the dressing but squirt 1/4 of a lemon on it. Sooo good and by far my favorite. I just had a chopped house salad with chicken, skipped the dressing from TJ's. Amazingness!
