Only trying to tone now, not really lose any more. I don't track fats. I do eat low fat foods to keep the calories down more though, not to mention why have the extra fat when it is not needed. I think I get enough recommended fats overall.

It's this one, http://www.readypac.com/product/smokehouse-bbq-style-ranch-salad/ I wouldn't know how much of each ingredient. It seems easier to me to subtract the dressing if I could find it.

I love multigrain cherios! 110 calories per a cup with half a cup of almond milk... Soo yummy

It's very rare that a bartender pours 1 oz of liquor as opposed to 1.5 oz, usually more.

Anyone can say anything is any amount of calories on MFP. I use it for calorie counting, but would never call it reliable.

I just started drinking club soda with vodka or tequila.. Soo good.

A normal 1.5 oz shot of liquor is at least 100 calories. How would it be 65?

Last night was pizza and lots of alcohol. Saturday night was Chinese food and more alcohol <33 I wouldn't call it, "falling off the wagon" just a normal weekend

spearmint gum :) beef jerky is my go to car ride snack when actually hungry in the car. If it's just being bored chewing gum is great.

I have the opposite problem as the person above me with feeling sick if I don't eat pre workout. Peanut butter and toast usually work for me. I just had a subway salad. Oven roasted chicken, spinach, jalepeneos, green peppers, and onions. 120 calories and soo yummmy

I always eat way under all week, and exercise, then pretty much binge with alcohol and bad night time food plus and exercise on the weekends. In my opinion it would even out. Interested in what others say though.

I'm 5'6 and 110 lbs, a healthy weight according to what I've read is 117-156 lbs. Trying to be 105. I get down to 105 sometimes, but I want that to be my everyday weight. I also work out via strength training and cardio, so maybe I'm supposed to be gaining via muscle..? Personally I feel like I'm overeating on what MFP…

That burrito had to have been more than carne asada, guac, and tortilla right..? Or I have been wayy under guesstimating taco shop burrito's. I normally just call it a los betos burrito which is like 600 I think

I know egg rolls are bad. What about spring rolls? I usually get shrimp with mixed veggies and brown rice ((if they have it)) and crab Rangoon ((if I have the extra calories for it aka not drinking that night)) and hot and sour soup ((yummmmmy)) Portion control is key with Chinese food.. Not eating everything on the plate.

No idea, I'm just assuming it is ok to do that.. I've never experienced, "starvation mode" that I know of so have no fear of it lol.

It is if it's going to happen all next week.. I'm obsessing over something I have the power to control when the time comes. It just sucks that I lost control last night, and worried about all next week.

I just mix whey protein and water together, add ice, and yummy.. Or blend with ice, which is good too for warm days. Bumping this from a really old thread because I just tried a premier chocolate shake for the first time. 160 calories and 30 grams of protein, soo yummy too! How would people rate premier as far as protein…
