Bulk is good - But I have also found that having a "work out" pal is nice for splitting the grocery bill. We make our list through the week and compare - then buy whats needed and split the bill. That's the hard part isn't it? Getting started AND keeping up with daily things. I am doing it by just focusing on 10 lbs lost at a time and not the whole amount - otherwise I could be overwhelmed! Here's to a New Year and Better Me!!
