The main one I have is fish... Tuna cannot be warm, etc... No tuna steak, no casserole... Straight out of the can or package, with nothing added except some salt.. As for other fish - can't be cold.. LOL

How much "good" oils are you getting? Olive oil, etc? That will help too.

My hubby started balding early in his 20's, before we met actually. He has some grey in his chest hairs now, but I don't see too many on his head. As for me, I greyed early, and continue to color my hair. I hate them.
