I'm not a runner, but I recently got one for long bike rides since my new bike doesn'thave water holders. I got the Nathan brand (cheaper than Camel Bak and more comfortable) and it worked great.

I'd invest in a good cast iron pan and use either a misto or cooking spray. That really is a lot of oil. When we make pancakes we only have to spray the pan every 3 or 4 pancakes.

Do you have your gallbladder? I had reflux flares before mine needed to come out, and of course have them now that it is out... For me, its tomatoes and garlic that seem to affect it the worst (but I refuse to give them up)

Same with bathroom stalls - there are tons, pick one not near me... Gah
