@softwind , usually when that happens it's because you've not actually joined the community yet. Look for the small blue "Join" button and click on it, then you'll get a comment box. If you're accessing by computer it's on the top left just above "Announcements". If you're accessing by phone, it's a little different but look around for that Join.
