I absolutely love it. I really don't feel like I am working out at all. The music starts and before I know it 45 minutes are gone. I have no rhythm but found that I could pick up the moves after just a few classes. Some instructors are more hard core than others, but all of the moves can be modified if you need them to.…

Why would you want to offset the cucumber? Yum Yum... I like lemon in water, cucumber, raspberries... Orange slices weren't very good though.

<Because they are great companions. And where are you guys finding your bull terriers? I would love one, but they seem to be hard to find here in the US...

It's the hardest exercise I've ever done, but it was great. I can zumba for hours, but hiking, whew... But the times we have gone have been so rewarding.

Wow Mum, it sounds like we have the same story.

I had a couple small flare ups, but nothing constant. My dr was treating me for reflux. Oddly it was things with seeds that set mine off, watermelon, cucumber, etc. Not fatty or greasy foods. One night I woke up with chest pains (on my right side), diarrhea, vomiting etc... I thought I had food poisoning. After about 6…

Whole wheat pasta, a homemade sauce or they even make light ones, and lots of veggies.

I wish he would have been honest about it before now. Regardless of whether he doped (heck, its rampant in cycling), he's still one of the greatest cyclists out there. His charity has done wonderful things and is one I will still support, whether he is attached to it or not.

Been on it for a few years. No weight gain, no bloating, no cough. I haven't lost the weight I wanted to yet in order to get off it, but that's not related to the med at all.

You at least have tracked.... I haven't faced the tracker in a week and a half.. Planning to get back to it tomorrow after I face the scale.

Definitely bulk up with more veggies. Do you cook? Maybe making your own lunch - chicken, veggies, etc would be about the same calories but more food. I'm guilty of eating out alot myself, and it kills my calories. Also, for zumba - try www.zumbacalories.com or get a HRM. Those are the best ways to accurately track. Most…

I have a Trek "bike path" bike. It has bigger tires so it can go on both pavement and gravel, Love it. You could go to a bike store and get fitted and then buy one elsewhere once you know what kind of things would work. Performance Bikes is good, REI, and even smaller local bike shops depending on where you live. I bought…
