Hey tell them to go home, all dogs know the go home command, and don't look at them in the yes, and don't try to touch them. Don't panic or get too excited because Dog's response to our excitment and stop listening to humans. Hope this helps.

When I do my curriculum for ladies I consider all the moves that can be done by a small frame lady. your ideas are all good. I also teach them to scream loud. Don't underestimate the power of a female scream (sometimes the male scream is good too).

let me see arroz con gandules, mofongo, ropa vieja, etc, etc. why do we have to have such a delicious food array. I agree is difficult to loose weight when we have all that good cooking.

I took my wife out for a dinner in Sarasota, FL found this well rate seafood restaurant and her chicken sandwich had a Roach in it. I saw and could not believe it. Call the management and they fail us.

get you a second hand punch bag or a new one and start to punch it with a basic punch for ladies. Learn a basic low leg kick and start doing low kicks. build the speed and when you are comfortable start making combinations of punches and kicks. Ladies punch are very basic. hit the bag with the center of the ulnar bone…

is not easy don't get discourage, try one of the chair to 5 k programs, take your time. start small be consistent. Running every other day may be helpful and prevents injuries.
