  • As said above, just try not to go too crazily overboard with what you eat. The workout running on the sand will be fantastic! Even walking will do wonders!   • I'm definitely not an expert, but I've upped my fruits a lot...moreso than my veggies and I've lost over 40 lbs over the last 6 mos. I believe in the basic calories burned must be more than calories in! Like suggested earlier, try it and see how your body reacts. Good luck and keep on the path! :D .....Judy
