  • The best advice is, never stock up or have snack or bad type foods in your house...only get it if you are planning to consume it that day. Otherwise you will be too tempted.
  • If you're trying to gain weight remember to do it in a healthy way, and look at adding bulk with muscles....

  • yeah it takes a while also to figure out how many calories and sugars etc is in each item, and how to get it all to work out, how to make the balance sheet balance out at the end of the day...;)

  • Water is the best thing to drink, and worth trying to get used to, your body really needs it as a basic human need. I have trouble drinking too much water because I forget and it's distracting because you run to the bathroom more often. I'd be careful about the aspartame in some of those light drinks.   • I personally dislike fast foods, mostly because when you eat healthy for long enough time periods and then eat fast food, it makes you feel really icky. But it takes doing it a couple of times and feeling ill after eating fast food or too much sugar that you eventually stop. There is nothing really great about fast food…

  • Yes, but more if you drink Decaf tea like rooibos (Redbush) tea. and others that are decaf...unknown to me at the moment...I wished coffee counted, because the 8 cups a day is a struggle. Just don't drink them close to bed time, I made that mistake once....;)
