I agree with everyone also. Change up your exercise, for example.. I started walking on the treadmill at 5 elevation and 3.5 speed.. then went to 10 elevation 3.6 and now I do 15 elevation and 3.0 speed and change it to 6.0 speed ... (kinda like running up a mountain) which totally rocks me out and I love it. Maybe try…

You can do it. I was at 308 lbs and I am now at 275. And it's a lot harder when you get older. I am 43. Rob
