Me, too! I could probably live off sushi and it still shocks me when I enter in my rolls and they are so much!!! Who eats one roll in the first place? haha

I currently am "down to" 236 and want to get down to 170. I know it's not 80 pounds, but I started at 250 and would really like to have supportive friends on here!!! I'm 6'1" and haven't been below 200 pounds since I was 18 (I'm 25 now).

I'm 6'1" and the most I weighed was 250, I'm down to 236 right now. My goal weight is 170. My lowest weight was 160. ~ I think it depends on how you are built. I have a small top and big hips, so even at my lowest weight, I still wore a size 13.

I'm on 1600 calories/day...I try to have 350 cals for breakfast, 600 cals for lunch, 150 for a snack, and 500 cals for dinner. I know that's not your 1200 calories/day, but I hope this helps a little if you convert it! Basically, I try to eat the most right around noon until 3pm because my body has a longer period to burn…
