Hi all, count me in this is my first challenge also. Good luck to everyone reaching their goals. My starting weight: 92.2kg My goal weight for October: 89.9kg My self-challenge: complete a 5k run non stop. (currently at week 5 of c25k) and be a bit more focused on my meal portion sizes.

great work!!! keep it up, where's the next event going to be? I used to run treadmills a few years ago it was ok but kinda boring. And now that I have started again im doing it just outside and im finding it way more fun.
