Buy FRESH from the Fish Counter and you will avoid the 'fishy taste'. Cook that same day and use fresh herbs/spices w/ lemon juice. :)

Roller Derby girl here. LOVE it! Started doing roller derby 5 months ago, which was my initial motivator that helped me lose 20 lbs since then (I know my ticker only says 13 lbs, but that's because I gained some after initially signing up on MFP). I don't always log on the weekends, but I still stick to my healthy eating habits and get in a workout. I just get so wrapped up in activities that I forget to log on. So long as I am meeting my goals (different goals to achieve each month throughout the 2013 year), then I am content.

5'9" and was just at 170 lbs last week. Am at 168 as of yesterday. :) Going for the same goal right now - 20 lbs. Feel free to add me.

I would recommend to check out "The Body for Life" book by Bill Phillips at your local library. Or check out their website body4life.com. They have good weight lifting tips, when you should exercise your upper body and what the 5 muscle groups are. Then lower body work out days and what 4 muscle groups to focus on there.…
