I'm not sure if you take any medications, but hunger and weight gain can be side effects of certain meds, especially antidepressants.

Sounds great. You could probably reduce the sodium by using homemade or low sodium tomato sauce. The Canadian bacon probably has a lot too, but I'm not sure if they have low sodium versions...

I think a bowl is usually 1 cup (that's what one serving of soup usually is)
