  • Hello from Texas, I am just coming back after being away for way to long. Really want to get back on track and lose this weight!
  • I'm just completing my first week (again). Have a lot of weight to lose and have to get cholesterol and glucose back within normal ranges.... We got this!!!
  • "You can't exercise away a crappy diet". Best words I have found to motivate me to eat better!
  • Great job losing 30 lbs! I have also started a lifestyle change and started eating "clean". It has helped me to get off my plateau and start losing again. Well, that and crossfit. I live in Texas, but have been to London on several occasions in the past and love your city! I am starting to learn more about the social part…
  • I have finally lost my first pound after starting crossfit last week! I am 5'1.5" and 155 (now 154) so I do need to lose the weight. I have found eating more protein and staying away from most grains has helped. I am by no means perfect (had a crap cheat DAY Sunday), but am glad that my energy is up! I do eat at least 90+…
  • Samy here.... then my diet and exercise all goes to crap and I undo all the hard work I did during the week. As well as slow my metabolism down for 3 days due to the excess alcohol. Pretty sure I can keep to my plan this weekend and keep training! How do anyone out there keep from going f-it and having a gluttonous…
  • The hardest part is to get moving again (believe me, I have been where you are now). Just do something small, like go shopping for your food and get rid of the "easy food". Then, pick up where you left off! No reason to make yourself start over because of a slight bump in the road. "Starting over" is how I justify myself…
  • I just started today and also need all the help I can get! I will send you an invite and please add me. I let life get in my way and gained back 4 pounds. Thinking this and recommitting to my exercise (running, yoga, etc.) will help. Let's do this together!
  • I am in the army now and have seen others who have lost large amounts of weight to become a soldier. If they can do it, so can you! As a soldier who continually struggles with my weight, consistence is the key. I am struggling to lose weight also so we can help each other along. Welcome!
  • I am new also and I have a hard time with weekends. I can undo all my work during the week in two days! Hoping this website will keep me honest with myself and others
