I divide my calories for the day so that way dinner is my biggest meal. I eat 200 calories for breakfast, 400 for lunch, and 600 for dinner. Then I set aside 100 extra calories for beverages etc. I aim for the 1300 calories or less 5 days a week and then twice a week I eat 2,000 calories or less to maintain. That way you…

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the bacon ranch salad with grilled chicken. I use the ENTIRE packet of ranch too! I don't care what anyone says, its damn good for only 400 calories!

For me I just limit my calories. I still eat whatever I want and don't even work out. Basically I just eat the things I enjoy in moderation now and have normal serving sizes. I've managed to lose 33lbs so far doing just that so it must be working! ;)

I know exactly what you are going through. A couple years ago I lost 40lbs and got down to my goal weight. Once the weight started creeping back on I thought I would be able to knock it right back off but it really messed me up mentally and next thing I knew I had gained 60lbs back! It was really hard getting that…

I know exactly how you feel! Whenever I workout the scale doesn't budge and then I want to quit altogether. For me I need to see the number on the scale for motivation versus inches lost, weird but true. I ended up skipping workouts this week and now I'm losing again. I get the whole concept of gaining muscle etc. but…

I need to weigh in daily in order to keep my motivation. I get pretty discouraged if I go a whole week thinking I did really well and then the scale shows otherwise. If I weigh myself daily, then I can see where I went wrong and correct the problem right away. Usually the scale drops a little every day. The only times I…

I would just focus on calories. I don't bother paying attention to sugar or sodium. Too much thinking required! LOL
-
Nice job!!! I would take before pics too but I don't want any evidence of my fatness! LMAO

Send me a message if you're interested!!!

Are you exercising and counting your calories?

I'll send you an invitation. If anyone else is interested in the 50lb challenge, just send me a message and I'll send you an invite too! =)

If there's something you don't like, then change it. If you can't change it, then change the way you feel about it.

I sent you an invite for the 50lb challenge if you're interested. It just started last week.

Starvation mode is just a myth. If you go below 50% of your BMR then sure your metabolism will slow down but you'll still continue to lose weight. I personally never eat back the calories I burned simply because I don't want to eat if I'm not hungry. After all, that's how I got overweight in the first place! LOL
-
You're welcome!!!
-
It's all about calories in versus calories out. Make sure your daily calories are less than your BMR (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/) and you'll lose weight. =)
