During my last pregnancy I was overweight. I was 190lbs when I got pregnant and only got up to 204lbs at 9 months because I watched what I ate during the pregnancy. I drink 5 cups per day, sometimes more! It's the only beverage I like to drink! LOL

I try to keep breakfast light so I have more calories for later in the day. I either drink a Slim Fast shake (190 calories) or I have a banana (105 calories) and chocolate chip granola bar (100 calories).
