1. Physical Labor - Working in the fields and in the barn can be hard work 2. Less processed foods in stores/Fast food restaurants 3. Less technology to be lazy with Just to name a few.

Thanks for the the honest replies everyone. I order the LINK yesterday. I spoke with someone and they are throwing in a large armband for me at no extra cost and they said that if I have any issues with it that I can either exchange it for the core, or return it all together. Here goes nothing! I have 175 lbs to lose.

I lost 40 pounds while pregnant with my daughter simply by drinking only milk or water and making "clean" choices with my eating. I wasn't trying to lose weight but rather make healthy choices for me and baby. Congrats. Good luck!
