I can't vouch for insanity, but I have done both Jillian and P90x. I think P90x looks a lot scarier just because the commercials have a lot of hard bodies on them. Hmm. I usually put the program on interval, and put in my age, weight, etc. The numbers are usually fairly accurate for me between the machines and MFP. But, one program isn't a fit all for everyone. You have to do what challenges you the most and gets your heart rate up.

I think you're taking this way too seriously. The heavier you are, the more likely you'll be able to pull off a goal like that. 3,5 and 6 all look "too skinny" for my preference. I honestly don't even dig #2 and 4 all that much either, but atleast it looks like they're healthy looking. I'd want to be somewhere skinnier than #1 and curvier than #2.
