  • I'm using Celebrity Slim at the moment to help speed up my weightloss a bit as have a deadline to be a certain weight ... and find there's plenty of choice, and they don't taste that bad at all.

  • Don't panic .... you enjoyed Thanksgiving ... so what ... the most important thing is that you've learned that occasions like this should be a treat and not the norm! Don't worry ... just get back to a healthy routine and you'll see the results!

  • I did this this weekend and it really helped - I went to the supermarket and lifted bags of sugar to the weight I've lost already and it has spurred me on this week now!
  • Just get exercising and earn some back .... you don't have to go outside, some sit ups, up and down the stairs ... whatever, anything ... you'll go crazy if you don't eat a dinner!
  • Woohoo I'm hoping this happens me, I'm coming to the end of my period, and had a weigh in with the nurse the other day and she said the same ... expect to lose at least 2lbs! Fingers crossed! At least there's one good thing about getting them!!! :)
