WOW! You look amazing! Well done on an awesome tranformation! :-) :flowerforyou:
-
Oh my word you are so uninformed, LOL!!!
-
I just want to mention that Ive had frequent scale weight drops after eating pizza the night before.... No pigging out or whatever, its all about fitting it into your macros.

Hi all! For those who don't like paying a monthly fee for their BMF..... go search for the group "Freebugg and other Bodybugg hacks" on Facebook...... request to be added and take it from there....
-
Bump - great article, thanks!!
-
Yeah! thats just wonderful!! So happy it works so well for you!
-
Hi! Just wanted to add something - I have a BMF as well. Run your BMF report for 7 days and get your average, seen as some days are 2600 and some are over 3000. Then run your report for 28 days if you have had if for a month already and see if the average is the same or almost the same as the 7 day average. Then from that…

It sounds to me like you can safely up your activity level to Very Active! Your day job definitely puts you higher and the J M workouts are no joke.
-
Damn some people are so ignorant...or just so full of bullsh*t. FYI.... Helloitsdan is one of the best people to listen to on this site...if u dont you'll kick yourself in the butt later.
-
Uhhmm...Are you kidding??!!! LOL! You look great!! Damn, your legs look so firm, lean and strong!! Seriously, you look awesome and no, you wont get HUGE muscles at all...its damn hard to get those, ask the huge guys in gym...they work extremely hard and long to look like they do.
-
Ive got a Bodymedia Fit - scooby tells me my TDEE is 2242, my BMF gives me a weekly average of 2350. Close enough I'd say.
-
Jip I did 30DS and lost lots of inches!! It also helped me lose my first 7kg (picked up 2kg again in Jan/Feb and lost it again with 30DS). So yes...its a great workout! Will kick your butt for sure, especially Level 2! :grumble: LOL. But...I must admit I have lost interest in it as I'm now soooooo hooked on NROLFW....gosh,…

Oh my word its beautiful there!! Wish I could hike there. Have fun Mike! And take lots of photos!

As promised (sorry its late) my PORTUGUESE BEEF TRINCHADO recipe! What you need: 1 kg rump steak cubed/strips 1 large onion finely sliced 50ml Worcestershire sauce 1 cup red wine 3/4 cloves crushed garlic 1 bay leaf salt and pepper to taste 1 teaspoon paprika 2/3 small red chilies chopped/chillie powder 3/4…

Oh yeah, Ive seen it for a few months now! Period is late, starts of light then Bam! its sore as hell and heavy as hell for 2-3 days. It must be the exercising for sure...but other than that Ive never felt so good and healthy in a very long time, so Im fine with just dealing. Somewhat fine... :ohwell:
-
Amazing! Great loss on inches! Well done!

If you eat under your BMR then you are under eating... Find out your real BMR number and make sure you net that at least. 2300 might be your TDEE...
-
Go work out your numbers here: http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ Subtract 20% from the number it gives you (next to your activity level in the end). Thats what you eat. Macros: 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein. Protein is very important. Good luck!!
-
Have you actually been to the group and read up on the stickies etc? We are aware that "consume" and "eat" are the same thing by the way... EMTWL is simply eating more than your BMR but less than your TDEE. As far I know that is the way one lose fat right... Anyway, its working for loads of people, NOT for only those that…

Im no expert but 6 months sounds like a good reason for a reset. :-)

Great topic...I would love to hear Lucia and Kiki's point of view. Although Ive heard Lucia mention a few times that she incorporates daily treats in her day.
-
Not sure about weights for home cause ypu need to lift heavier and heavier...so a gym would be preferable actually. :ohwell: No, Id keep the activity level standard no matter the difference in days as they will balance each other out. But if you add even more activity to your days/ week, you would go over to Very Active,…

Make sure you clean the sensor side every day! Especially after workouts! Just use a dried out wet cloth with little bit of mild soap and rub it clean, then a dry towel to dry it. You can also use surgical spirits I think to disinfect it. Just dont let it get really wet.
-
Wow! 40 lbs!! You rock girl! Soooo happy to see you so excited and motivated again! * happy dance* :drinker:
-
Well u see if u have a deskjob or you are in general not very active during the day, then yes 20 min cardio 4 times a week would be good. But if u are already quite active daily like walk a lot, or on ure feet a lot then u dont need all the extra cardio. Something worth remembering is that too much cardio is counteractive…
-
Yes, 3 x a week weight training, 45min-60min. Then cardio if you really want to, 20 min, 2x week. :-) And you wont eat at any deficit. Eat at TDEE. No cut. When you get hooked (which is very easy, hehe) and u start seeing amazing changes in ure body, you can start eating 10% over tdee...thereby building some sexy muscles!!…
-
Yes I think that it could and Ive found through personal experience that rest days does wonders for you! But if you work out 5-6 hours per week your activity is not Moderate, but Very Active, so keep that in mind. Also - too much cardio is counteractive with weight training...your muscles dont get the needed fuel and…
-
Okay first of all - working out 2 hours at a time has no benefits at all if you want fat loss. The body can only burn so much fat in a day and in one workout. 45 -60min is perfect actually. Also if you can do weight lifting 3 times a week, rest days in between it will be perfect for you!! You dont need cardio even, 20min…
