You can do it !!! Small steps, and changes!!! It wont happen over night, you will have great days and bad days, but as long as you keep trying you will succeed!!! It may take years, but its a daily life change and commitment. Good first step!!!

I just started running. Im up to 5 miles. I may not drink it while I run, but on my cool down I do, wish i had more at times. You never know when you will swallow a bug!!

Fleet Feet is a runners store - that will fit you for shoes and inserts. They are not CHEAP but well worth it!! I am wearing Newbalance and inserts!

Thank you - I got a Polar FT60 in Jan and my calorie burn is sooo low , and my weight loss has slowed and had me wondering what is wrong with it or me... I'm busting *kitten* working out - and still nothing. I m going to give your post a try in setting this HRM better!

I'm no where near your age but I have a suggestion: If you have one evening a week and fix and "bag" up your meals for the week. That may help you get a variety of food choices!

What she said - you are training so you can be run - longer, faster and then loose weight. I have to add to my cardio time to make up the difference, count it as a bonus workout but not your main one,

In all your pictures I see a young lady who is having fun!!! You just keep, keeping on!!! I'm so proud of you. As for the tummy, I have no clue, have a small one myself!!! From what I have heard is water, weights, and toning (core) exercises. So when we melt that fat away, we have nice lean muscles to show!

my goal is to stay off the scale daily... I weigh in on Friday mornings after my workout at the gym. Today is Wednesday - no scale stepping so far for me:) I use the weekdays to make me stay on track for a Friday weigh in, one weekend day is usually a bad food day for me.

I had migraines for a long time, mine where hormonal. My daughter now has them and the correlate with her cycle. Mine have improved 10 fold. Good luck, and remember its your body and you know it better than anyone. You can figure this out!
