I just got my polar Ft60, The calorie burn is not accurate on the machines at the Gym or MFP. I also know that I havent figure out how to set mine up 100%, but Im learning... you need to do both! I do cardio 6/7 days a week and weights 2/3 times. You need to tone those muscles and work burning the fat off so when its gone you have nice lean muscles to show

Usually when I weight lift or take body pump. I don't add them in. I use that as "Extra" calories burned for variances. Weight lighting will help boost the metabolism. I think the first thing you will notice is that - the things you eat have more calories and fat in it then you thought. As you see what you eat, you should make better choices. If it touches your lips log it! Drink lots of water, and exercise - even it is walking 3/4 times a week!! Enjoy!

I agree - that is me!! You look fabulous!!! I think I dont look much different. But I feel better, I pick parts of my body that I see and change in that I love. Like my calves and ankles!!! I was 218 and a size 20 (I'm 5'2") I haven't seen size 12 is a LOONG time but I getting there (size 16). I think the manufacturers are in kahootz! Just like your weight - the size is number - you look great, feel great, and love the clothes!! Enjoy!!!!
