Weight Watchers is a great program. I still refer to some of my old materials. But yeah, the free factor is huge here. I don't regret WW, though. I learned a LOT.

My husband and I will be married 7 years on Halloween. Oh yeah... I met him while playing an on line RPG :)

Acorn and butternut squashes are my 2 faves. For a quick snack/breakfast I just discovered Fiber One 90 calorie peanut butter chocolate bars. OMG good. Like... fix your cravings good.

Today was a decidedly unattractive-feeling day.

I once told a good friend that it's a shame it took me until I was 30 to realize I was hot when I was 20. :smokin:

I've had a few different surgeries in my time. I really wouldn't worry about waking up during. The anesthesiologist will stay and monitor you throughout the procedure.

I work @ Old Navy.... our Active line is pretty nice, and reasonably priced, too. In fact, pretty sure there's gonna be a sale later this month!

I second the Seal comment.... dunno what it is, but yes.

Remember, you tend to lose significantly faster in the first couple weeks, then things level off.

Well, yes. It was a picture of a woman. And the person who responded was a woman. Thus, woman's POV

I saw this on FB today, too. Really cute!

Sometime just waiting it out works. Sometimes eating something similar, but healthier, works. Sometimes eating it works... but just a tiny bit! Remember to track every single bite you put in your mouth, and success will follow. Best of luck :)

Being an Old Navy employee, I find this particularly awesome!

I am 5'6" and my goal weight is 150-155. It's near the top of my range, but if I went down to 130 I'd be practically emaciated. In college, my roommate and I could wear all of each other's clothing. We even had the same bra style/size. Back then we were both size 8, 36C. And I weighed 20 pounds more than she did. I'm…

I love pinot noir. And when I'm in a mood for something simple, Arbor Mist pomegranate berry pinot noir is yum.

Thank you for sharing your story. I have very similar attitudes toward tracking "bad" days, too. One of my goals is for what used to be a normal day to be a "bad" day now, and for the good ones to be normal! I've done WW before (with success, just not lasting), and I'm really psyched about the MFP community and tools. Your…

Sounds like it's time for us to practice the elusive art of mindfulness! Live in the moment, folks. Plan for the future, but live in the moment. It's all we have!

 @ J-Lo speaking! I'd switch for Catherine Zeta Jones.

I'm set up on Groupon, and keeping my eyes open. The park sounds great except for the fact that by the end of the month in Cleveland it's likely going to be cold and wet! You never know, we've had snow on Halloween before. LOL @ Browns tickets - I'm the fan in the family, though! Thanks, and keep 'em coming!

Oh big time yes to Robert Downey Jr (he is aging so very nicely) and Johnny Depp. No man has a right to look that hot in eyeliner.

Crap. Now I have to be afraid of that too. Sigh. :blushing:

In. Your. House. Srsly. If you were at their place, you could've exercised your right to leave. Wow, I can't believe how much your story irritated me! LOL

ROFL... <3 me some Christian Bale.
