Thin Mints are one of my great weaknesses, ugh. So easy to get carried away eating them. I bolt past the tables that are set up to sell in front of my supermarket... I feel bad but I honestly can't allow myself the chance to get anywhere near them! Good job stopping at the one roll though... haha

This, exactly. Very similar to how I'd feel when I would self-harm. Just completely zoned out, mind blank, going through motions waiting for something to feel... better. When I catch myself shoving food in my face so fast I realize I'm out of breath -- that's scary.

It doesn't HAVE to be, it's just all the healthier options I've gotten would require to me to eat a really large portion to compensate. And probably because of problem 2, I'm really not very hungry during the day. The meals I'm eating now are really filling me up. I suppose the best option would be to eat a bigger…

Hey there! I've never used this type of forum before either. I've been using the calorie tracker on the site for two weeks now though and it is so helpful! I'm making the best progress I've ever had at any weight loss attempts. And I can only imagine help and support through the forum will make things even easier. :)
