Try scrambled eggs, chopped up vegetarian meat (Quorn, Morningstar, Fry's etc), mushrooms, onions, peppers... Anything you want really. Eggs with salsa is also quite yummy.

Just got the HTC Sensation XE this week. Had an iPhone 3gs before this, I think the mfp app for apple is quite a lot better than for android, pretty happy with the HTC though! :D

Definitely get an HRM, it really helped me estimate my calories more closely. The MFP database and exercise machines at the gym over estimate my calorie burns by quite a bit so it was better for me to know exactly how many calories I'd burnt during my exercise session using an HRM. I'm on 1350 cals a day, but I try to workout 5-6 times a week so I eat about 1500-1700 cals a day when I workout. On about 1700 I can get at least 150g easy. How? Personally, I think lean and toned with just enough muscle definition is the best. Wouldn't mind a little extra muscle too, but yeah body builder types in general aren't appealing to me, I guess. :3

I love tracking calories so I think I will use it for as long as possible. I also plan on continuing to tone up and possibly build muscle in the future so I will have to watch my macros. :D

Ah ok! Thanks! I'll see how long I can keep this up, so used to eating carbs. Been making small changes and trying to slowly increase protein and fat while decreasing carbs, so hopefully it works out! :3

I've tried making ice cream using that ziploc method before, turned out a little icy/watery but still wasn't too bad! Will have to try it with protein powder. Thanks for sharing! :3
