I love the partner activity, so I hope we can stick with it for awhile. Finally seeing some eight loss after three weeks on MFP- more intense cardio and a real focus on calorie intake- seems to be working! Lost 3 lbs!

I am totally bummed out! After a week with only 1 day over my calorie goal , 10 miles of walking, nearly 15 miles of mountain hiking and a fast 5K walk, I am STILL at the same weight- 155.8- I don't get it- so I didn't make the goal this week!

This has really kept me motivated this week- tracking food and exercise every day- but I only weigh myself 2 times a week- it seems too stressful to do it more than that! I am going out to dinner and the ballet with some friends tonight- I have to be very disciplined so I am ready for tomorrow!
